景观设计理念：
更欧洲—从欧洲现代景观中汲取精华，从文化、社会、生活等各方面，塑造纯粹的欧洲风格，营造闲适生活氛围，在现有居住消费水平上，给业主全新的体验，在当地建立标志性景观住区。
更有机—整个社区由商业部分、居住部分与教育部分组成，各部分体现与功能相符的不同特征景观，教育的严谨，商业的繁华，居住的闲适各部分有机结合，过度自然，在有序和可控中发展成就整体景观。
更舒展—在强烈的、标志性的建筑群中，营造舒展自由的空间。在宏伟坚硬的建筑提供了安全感与崇尚感后，不可质疑的景观需要自然放松，让人们放弃仰望建筑，开始漫步，充分体验亲切、柔和、舒适的景观空间。

Kaiyuan Uptown is located in the core of One-River-Five-Areas and is close to the core of commercial region. It has the ultimate resources of the city – it forms a residential community with an area of millions of square meters in the central city. The community is mature with humanitarian culture. This architectural product carries the important mission of city development and planning. It radiates not only a certain area of its belongings but also a landmark building in a city.
Concept of Landscape Design:
More than European – It absorbs the essence of modern European landscape and shapes a pure European style via different aspects including culture, society and life. A cozy lifestyle is obvious in the community that gives the residents a brand new experience according to their current consumption level. It is a landmark of residential landscape in the region.
More organic – The overall community is composed of the commercial, residential and educational parts each of which reveals different landscape characteristic matching with its function. The rigorous education, bustling commerce, the cozy residence of leisure are combined organically and naturally. The overall landscape is shaped by all of them in a controlled and orderly development.
More relaxing – The cluster of buildings is an obvious landmark with the space unfolding unrestrainedly. When the generous and solid buildings evoke a sense of safety and loftiness, the landscape shall be undoubtedly shaped in a comfortable and leisure way. Rather than looking up at the buildings, the residents will begin to stroll on the roads and feel the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the landscape space.
